The European Maritime Day (EMD) Conference is an annual two-day event and took place on 20 and 21 May as an online meeting. The topics discussed during this conference were interesting for IDEALFUEL.
During the conference, Europe’s maritime community got together to network, discuss and forge joint action on maritime affairs and sustainable blue economy.
In an interactive way, experiences were shared on the current state of play on a broad range of issues concerning the blue economy and the marine environment and discussed ways of moving forward. A large number of excellent speakers, multiple breakout sessions and project pitch sessions were organised by stakeholders and European Commission services as well as hundreds of B2B meeting opportunities took place in the event. EMD targets professionals from businesses, governments, public institutions, NGOs and academia.
