25-29 June 2023 in Lisbon, Portugal
The CleanAir conference gathers people involved in research on combustion through new technologies, reaction kinetics, diagnostics and computational methods. The conference consisted of keynote speeches twice a day by well-knows professors and presentations by the participants. Moreover, a poster session was held as well. Social events were also organized on the 25th (Welcome Event) and the 28th (City tour in Obidos and Dinner).
Andrea Di Matteo gave a presentation of his work called: “FGM Combustion Model performances in a simplified naval engine combustion chamber’”. He attended the event, together with colleagues from the same University (not involved in the project). Andrea Di Matteo attended the event because the topic fits his PhD project very well and to meet other people having comparable goals. Presentations related to BioFuel treatment and engine simulations were shared during the event with around 150 people participating.
